The ACRE is a vibrant, one-acre greenspace located in the heart of One, Two, and Three Allen Center and serves as the signature feature of the multi-million dollar Reimagining of Allen Center. The ACRE’s specially designed landscaping plan features five curated landscape areas and a series of botanical zones with more than 12 vibrant plant species and 200 trees.
The Allen Center Parking Garage is located at 300 Clay St. between Shaw St. and Dallas St., and color coded as the “Red Entrance”. The Allen Center self-park, visitor parking, rate is $2 per each 20 minutes with an all-day maximum $30 rate Monday through Friday from 4am to 5pm. The maximum rate after 5pm and all day Saturday and Sunday is $10.
The Allen Center Valet is located in front of the Two Allen Building located at 1200 Smith St. The entrance to the Valet drop off is located on Polk Street. The Valet rate is $2 per each 20 minutes with an all-day maximum $30 rate Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm. For additional parking information, please visit here.
