Breathe it ALL in

The ACRE is a vibrant, one-acre greenspace located in the heart of One, Two, and Three Allen Center and is largely comprised of two event lawns designed for casual day-use, or to accommodate up to 1,500 people for an event or performance.

The ACRE’s specially designed landscaping plan features five curated landscape areas and a series of botanical zones with more than 12 vibrant plant species and 200 trees. The ACRE is a Wi-Fi enabled space, allowing for easy collaboration and promoting walkability in downtown.

As the industry-leading ESG benchmark for real estate portfolios, we scored 14 points above the average participant rating. Outperforming 83% of the 1,412 participants, we earned the coveted 5-star rank exclusive to the top 20% of performers.

Allen Center is Buzzing

We are buzzing with excitement to share the news that we have partnered with Alvéole, the urbanbeekeeping company, to provide much needed protection for honey bees. Professional beekeepingservices like Alvéole have installed thousands of hives at companies and schools across North Americasince 2013. Their trained professionals are experts in sustainable beekeeping, teaching, and beekeepingsafety. As a result, they have their safety processes and procedures down to a fine art.

Urban beekeeping brings people together around an awe-inspiring experience through interactive, thought-provoking conferences and activities that allow fordeeper conversations about sustainability.
