As part of the Reimagining of Allen Center project, we have focused on integrating new and exciting tenant amenities to enhance the work environment for our Allen Center community. We are delighted to unveil renderings for the new state-of-the-art conferencing center and wellness room coming soon to the Allen Center campus.
Conferencing Center
Anticipated to open in July 2020 at One Allen Center, this next generation conferencing center will feature three spacious meeting rooms equipped with leading-edge meeting technology and seating capacities of 50 to 75 per room. The center will also include one boardroom-style meeting room with seating for up to 14. The entire conferencing center allows for maximum flexibility, with each room able to connect and expand for a combined seating capacity for up to 185 people.

Wellness Room and Bike Room
On the first floor of Three Allen Center, tenants will be able to enjoy the wellness room which will be outfitted with Peloton bikes, rowing machines, stretch mats, towel service and executive locker rooms and showers. Exciting to note, the wellness room will be approximately 200 yards from the entrance to Buffalo Bayou Park which is perfect for our tenants who wish to utilize the trails before or after work.
Also conveniently located next to the wellness room will be the new bike room. Tenant cyclists can take advantage of end-of-trip facilities such as a dedicated, bike-friendly street-level entrance, wall-mounted storage racks for up to 35 bikes, and access to servicing tools. The wellness room and bike room are scheduled to open in October 2020.
Wellness room at Three Allen Center
The addition of the conferencing center, wellness room and bike room further fulfills our commitment to offering wellness-focused amenities to our tenants. In October 2019, we announced our partnership with Work & Mother to bring fully equipped lactation facilities with support resources to Three Allen Center. Work & Mother will offer 10 private lactation rooms, with hands-free, hospital-grade equipment and workstations that enable occupants to continue working while they pump.

The comfort, health and safety of our tenants is one of our top priorities and having outsourced mother’s rooms that are separate from wellness rooms will improve health and sanitization procedures in the office environment. Work & Mother is anticipated to open in August 2020.
