Brookfield Properties is excited to share further plans for the Reimagining of Allen Center, which include renovations at Two and Three Allen Center!
Following the successful renovation of One Allen Center, plans for Two and Three Allen Center will further evolve the three-building campus into a vibrant destination fostering innovation and productivity. Key elements of Phase II include:
- For Two Allen Center, a new two-story lobby, second floor outdoor terrace that will face The ACRE, and updated retail bays and tenant mix.
- Three Allen Center will feature a renovated lobby as well as a new shower and locker facility.
- Renovated elevator lobbies and elevator cabs will be created for both buildings and a new sky bridge will connect Two and Three Allen Center.

We are partnering once again with Morrison Dilworth + Walls, the architects for Phase I so there will be cohesive design elements. For Phase II, we are also partnering with the Houston office of PDR. Through Phase II, we are continuing to evolve the campus into an inviting and active environment that instills a feeling of openness and walkability for all.

In addition to Phase II of the Reimagining of Allen Center, other significant improvements are being made to the campus to elevate our tenants and visitors’ experiences. Together with partner Chef Troy Guard, a glass box restaurant, Guard & Grace is underway and will open in fall 2019. Most recently, plans for C. Baldwin, formerly the DoubleTree Hotel, were announced and include redesigned guestrooms and common areas; a signature restaurant; an activated greenspace; and state-of-the-art meeting and event space.
Phase II construction begins in April 2019 with an expected completion of late 2020. Thank you for your patience during the construction process! We invite you to visit www.allencenterhouston.com for project news and updates.
