This month, Brookfield Properties celebrated the one-year anniversary of the completion of phase I of the Reimagining of Allen Center! It’s hard to believe that a year has passed since we unveiled the completed first stage of the renovation, which included a complete transformation of the One Allen Center lobby, reclad sky bridge connecting One and Two Allen Center, and a green hub at the center of it all, our new one-acre greenspace we call The Acre.
Over the course of the year, we’ve enjoyed seeing our tenants and the downtown community embrace and utilize The Acre. From tenant events, such as yoga and happy hours, to Officer Brooks and Park People sightings, The Acre has been full of activity! Here are some of our favorite moments:
